Cancellation Policy
The client may cancel the contracted agreement at any time during the design process. At that time, a written notice of cancellation should be forwarded to Aquasenses EP, LLC. Any work completed to date of cancellation will be itemized and billed to the client for payment. Current work in progress and outstanding vendor liabilities are to be paid on invoice. A cancellation notice at anytime will contain a summary of all work completed and commitment for delivery of all prior paid work and materials, as well as delivery of work-in-progress when paid against invoice.

All information collected are strictly confidential. Aquasense EP, LLC and its credit processing agency does not share any client information with any other 3rd party.
